Its a little after 12am and pouring rain outside right now, but the sun was shining earlier when I wore this outfit, promise! It was lovely to see a little sunshine over the past few days so this outfit is inspired by the upcoming spring season (hurry up and arrive already, please!) I'm enjoying passing by the clothing rails full of pretty floral prints in stores at the minute. Even if i'm not buying anything, its lovely to be surrounded by them.
The blouse that i'm wearing photographs incredibly bad. I never had trouble photographing one of my outfits until today! I wish the pictures would show just how amazing it looks but sadly my flash ruined them. It looks very crumpled in the pictures but in person it looks cute and dainty. Ahh. The close up, non-flash pictures show are a better indication. I paired it with a skirt I bought in Dunnes recently.. which I bought with the intention of keeping until summer, but I couldn't resist! I got this skirt in a size 16, on the same day I tried on a skirt in Primark in a size 18 and it wouldn't zip up the back! I really think both of those stores have very inconsistent sizing so if any of you non-Irish/UK ladies are buying those brands online be sure to ask the seller for measurements!

SO TRUE about primark clothes. i took a dress back the other day which fit perfectly, exchanged it for the same dress in the same szie (it was faulty) and it doesn't fit? like properly won't even zip up. SO ANNOYING. you look lovely btw! the last photo - omg adorable. i can't believe you made the font, it looks so real! xo

  2. Ah, you look absolutely stunning. I love the colour of the cardigan, it looks so good with the colour of the skirt & blouse.
    I totally get what you mean about inconsisent sizing, sometimes I can be a 14 & then in other places stuff that's a size 18 doesn't even fit. It doesn't make sense and is so annoying!
    The last image is very cute too, it made me smile :) x

  3. i love the necklace i need that, i wish we had dunnes in england. :/ sometimes primark dresses in an 18 fit me even though im usually a 20 but other times i can't even get them over my shoulders! its the same with there belts as well some fit fine other jsut won't go near. :)

  7. Oh my, I think I need your skirt and top combo in my life, it looks so girly and "pretty"! Primark sizing is absolutely awful, I usually have to try a good two or three sizes on to find the right fit! xxx

    I don't think I can even fit into Primark clothes...they do my size as to what I'd buy in say Dorothy Perkins but it doesn't actually fit me! Really sucks! :(
