OOTD: Show me the way you move

Picked up this dress from River Island a few months ago, I am currently wearing it every chance I get! I love the soft chiffon material and although I try to stay away from the "blingy" part of River Island, I actually like the little diamantes all over this dress! Its quite short on me (and i'm only 5'3!) so I had to wear some short-shorts underneath. Teamed it with a blazer from New Look which I didn't include pictures of but you can see it here. I had planned to wear black heels but the outfit was a little too black for my taste, I think the nude pump completes it nicely! The braid in my hair is a fake hair headband from Primark, which I think only cost about €3. I like the little bit of volume it gives my usually-flat hair!

New undergarments are a girls best friend

I know it has been said that diamonds are a girls best friend but for now, when my budget doesn't stretch quite that far, I will settle for pretty new lingerie! I fell in love with this lingerie set when I first seen it. The soft pastel colors, polka dots, bows, lace... not to mention the pretty ruffles on everything, its just very "me". I think I always feel better when i'm wearing nice underwear (versus the leftovers on "laundry day") Even though I know other people can't see it through my clothes, it makes me feel better and more confident in whatever outfit I am wearing! (I also got a matching garter belt that I didn't include in the main photograph)

I just wanted to mention that I have put a lot of things (131 to be exact!) up on ebay a few days ago, should anyone want to bid! I need to get rid of a lot of things before I move so it made sense to put them all up at the same time...the lady who works at the local post office may not be too impressed when I arrive with 100+ parcels though! OOTD: Old Old Fashioned

This outfit looks very similar to one I posted about in August.I bought this dress on sale in Dunnes, I always feel less guilty about buying things when they're on sale! Its a summer dress but I have a hard time adapting to A/W and generally try and make my summer dresses "work".

I don't really have much else to write about today. I haven't been posting many outfits because most of my things are packed up as i'm moving house again (hopefully before Christmas) I'm really hoping my new landlord well let me paint and change the flooring, if he does I plan to decorate it white like my current room.

OOTD: Still waiting

♥ Top / Shorts / Shoes: New Look *** Bracelet: Primark ♥

Almost everything in this outfit is from New Look (yes, again!) I really love shopping there because I don't have to worry about sizing. A lot of high street brands stop at UK 16 however their regular line goes up to size UK 18 and i'm a 16-18 so I almost always fit into the things I like! It helps that they frequently have 10/15/20% discounts - I love savings!
I wanted this top for a long time before I actually got to purchase it, it was sold out and someone returned one in my size (don't you just love when something like that happens?!) Prettiness aside, its kind of an awkward length on me - too long to wear with skirts but too short to wear as a dress. I am not sure how else to wear it so any suggestions are most welcome!
For a long time I was very worried about wearing shorts this tight. Its nice to be able to throw them on and my main concern is what to wear with them, rather than being worried about the outline of my girl-parts showing or my bum looking too big! Life is too short to worry about such things, I understand that its not always easy to see that - but its true!

I have decided to start watermarking my pictures as you probably seen above. Just the close-up ones as they seem to pop up on a lot of different blogs/websites (tumblr, weheartit, etc) I don't mind people using my pictures but when they don't provide a simple credit link back, it gets quite frustrating. I am flattered people like my pictures that much but then I see girls using them and linking back to their blogs, which is the main thing that bothers me. So what do you guys think of the watermark? Is it distracting? I did try to keep it elegant, simple and small but readable.

Lastly hello to all of the new people who have followed my blog recently! I was reading back over my old entries today and I had 1800 followers friends when my blog turned one in May, now its November and there is 2800...wow! I am so glad that people still enjoy my blog and it continues to grow, it has become much more than I ever dreamed of. I can't promise that i'll be updating every single day (well, unless blogging becomes my job someday, until then you'll have to settle for 2-3 times a week!) but I can promise that a lot of thought and work goes into all of my entries. I only ever post about things I genuinely want to share. I am proud to look back on my blog and know that I was 100% happy and interested when I wrote every entry on here. /mushy-ness

Firstly..a new post, at last! I apologize for neglecting my little blog these days. There was a few things going on and I knew I couldn't devote myself to it so I just took a much-needed break. I am back now and excited to get back into posting regularly and catching up on everyone elses blogs! I have really missed reading them.

As i'm sure most people know by now, my favorite store River Island have gone global - they now deliver to over 100 countries. I have complained on here (more than once!), on twitter, and to anyone who would listen to me that I really wanted them to ship here and now that day has finally come! I could always shop in their store when I go to the city, but I rarely go shopping there and prefer online shopping these days. To say there is a few things I want is a huge understatement, there is dozens! It was really hard to pick exactly which items to put in this wishlist. I apologize that the color palette is rather predictable but my love of soft nude colors is not going anywhere any time soon.
